My name is Andrea Broomfield, a culinary historian and author of Food and Cooking in Victorian England and Kansas City: A Food Biography. I am currently at work on a new venture, a travelogue and culinary narrative, The Atlantic Celts: A Gastronomic Memoir from Iberia to Ireland, co-authored with Beebe Bahrami.
When I’m not writing or cooking, I work as an English Professor at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas, USA.
